JARROD MATTHEWS
“FOSS”
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness, Jarrod specialises in helping individuals achieve peak performance, recover from injuries, and build stronger, healthier bodies. As a certified personal trainer and remedial/sports therapist, Jarrod has worked with a diverse clientele, from athletes striving for optimal performance to individuals overcoming physical limitations.
His expertise includes strength training, functional movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, ensuring a well-rounded approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. He helps clients enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being.
Whether you’re looking to recover, strengthen, or elevate your fitness, Jarrod is here to guide you every step of the way.

MICHAEL HAROLD
“CAPTAIN INTENSE”
Michael has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years.
He has a big emphasis on mindset, ensuring that he strives to get the best out of each and everyone of his athletes no matter how big or small their goal.
Working amongst the BFIRM community has taught him how to be a better version of himself and he's forever grateful for the ongoing support.
Michael enjoys functional training, active mobility with a splash of weights but none the less he will work closely with with each client to ensure they enjoy their training sessions with him.

Kevin Goonewardena
“BIG DWAG”
Kev has been a PT since 2024 and absolutely loves helping people achieve their fitness goals!
Kev has a strength and conditioning background from university and his favourite type of training currently is hypertrophy/strength training whilst trying to increase his running distance.
He's a firm believer in pushing past your limits and constantly learning! -
Teo lantouris
“TALL TIMBER TEO”
Teo's favourite style of training is definitely heavy strength training. Having a soccer background, training for power and speed is also something he's heavily interested in.
Teo played soccer for 15+ years and spent most of that time playing in the NPL.
Teo just graduated from university and he's keen to put what he learnt into practice!

Alicia has been in the industry for 3 years and has a real passion for functional all over training and young athletes. Alicia tailors her sessions to the clients needs and goals, whether that be strength, cardio or anything else the client desire.
Alicia supports everyone on their individual journeys and helps them achieve their goals, while having a laugh and enjoying each and every session.

KAITIE CUPIDO
“LITTLE POCKET ROCKET”
Katie is passionate about helping people find joy in movement. She loves to keep her training varied so you don't get bored but has a soft spot for some heavy weights. Helping clients achieve their goals is always at the forefront of how her sessions are structured.
Being a mum to girls she is passionate about women's training through all stages of life, our training can adapt to suit how the body is feeling while still getting maximum effort.

LAURA THOMAS

With 5 years of experience as a personal trainer, Laura specialises in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through strength training, functional exercises, and accountability.
Whether you're looking to increase muscle mass, improve mobility, or just build your confidence in the gym, Laura is here to support and motivate you every step of the way.
Laura's favourite type of training is lower body weights or running!

DAMON HILLL
“DAMO”
Damon has completed an extensive 4.5 years of health and fitness education, earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Damon is passionate about helping individuals with chronic conditions and injuries become the best version of themselves, whether through pain management or physical rehabilitation.
Damon has been apart of BFIRM for just over three years, and during this time, he have not only grown as a clinician-continually improving his practice and skills , but also as a person, thanks to his dedication and commitment to his clients.

BAILEY Withers

Meet Baylie, one of our inspiring coaches at BFIRM. Baylie began her journey with us doing work experience and has grown into an incredible professional, now working full time in the nutrition field.
Her passion for health, wellbeing, and helping others achieve their goals shines through in everything she does. Even with her busy schedule, Baylie loves coming back to coach BFIRM classes whenever she can.
Her energy, knowledge, and genuine care for our members make her an absolute asset to the team. We’re proud to have watched her grow and continue to inspire so many within our community.

CINNAMON GUERIN
“CIN”
Cinn is a mother of 3 who brings a bright and bubbly personality to the team.
Cinn has been a PT for 10+ years, she is qualified Boxing and Body Combat Instructor. Her passion is helping people believe and achieve their goals. Cinn is also driven to be a good role model for her clients. Cinn trains 4+ days a week and leads by example to her kids. She has completed 4 Body Building Fitness Comps and currently training for her 5th this year.

Meet Nick, one of our highly experienced trainers at BFIRM.
With nearly 20 years in the fitness industry, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session he coaches. When he isn’t running classes with us, Nick works full time as a dedicated sports teacher, helping young athletes develop their skills and confidence.
His love for fitness and teaching shines through in every BFIRM class he takes, creating a motivating and supportive environment for all. We’re grateful to have Nick on the team, sharing his expertise and inspiring our members to move better and feel stronger every day.
