Our Story

Established in 2007, BFIRM Personal Training met a need in the market for a personalised training regime that the mainstream gyms couldn't offer. By providing a tailored training program to each client, BFIRM has continued to grow from strength to strength. Conveniently located in the heart of Berwick, the BFIRM studio is easily accessible. From starting in a backyard built gym, BFIRM is now located in a purpose built studio with state of the art training facilities to ensure clients are working out in the best possible environment with the best possible training equipment.
